Individual athlete sessions are a flat $250: 60 minutes with 15 edited photos. For full team media days, pricing depends on team size and shot list (headshots only vs. headshots + hero shots + group). Reach out and I’ll put together custom team pricing.

What do you bring to a media day?

Studio-style lighting, backdrops if needed, and the gear to shoot consistent headshots, hero shots, and action-style portraits at your facility. You provide the athletes, uniforms, and any team gear. I handle the rest.

How fast do team images get delivered?

Edited galleries land in 7-14 days, usually faster for media days because the editing pass is consistent across all athletes. Each athlete or family gets a private link to view and download their own set.

Can media day portraits be used for recruiting?

Yes. Headshots and hero shots from media day are recruiting-ready. We can shoot dedicated recruiting-style frames (clean background, sharp focus, social-media crops) as part of the session.
