Family Portraits

Relaxed family portraits in Frisco and across DFW. Real expressions, not forced smiles. Best for smaller families with older kids.

Family photos shouldn’t feel like a chore. I keep sessions relaxed and natural so you get real expressions instead of forced smiles. These sessions work best for smaller families with older kids who can roll with some light direction. I’ll guide you through the whole thing so everyone looks great and nobody dreads it.

The Binod family in McKinney

Binod's family session in McKinney.

Amer knows what he is doing. He made my family with a 1 year old feel comfortable throughout the photo shoot. Took his time to find the best possible spots and got us brilliant looking pictures within a week. 100% recommended for anyone searching for a pro photographer.

Real questions

Things people ask

What if my teen/tween doesn't want to be there?
Super common. I keep things chill and low-pressure, and most kids loosen up pretty quick once we get going. No awkward forced posing. Just natural moments that even the camera-shy ones end up liking.
Where do you shoot?
Outdoor locations around Frisco and North Texas: parks, trails, downtown areas, or your backyard. I’ll recommend spots based on your style.
What should we wear?
I’ll send outfit coordination tips after you book. General rule: stick to 2-3 complementary colors, avoid matching exactly, and keep it comfortable.
Can we bring our dog?
Absolutely. Pets are welcome and usually make the session even more fun.
How far in advance should we book?
I recommend booking 1-3 weeks out. I don’t book too far in advance, but I do have limited openings each month so don’t wait too long.
Got a senior or college grad in the family?
We can sneak a few solo frames into the session, but if a senior or grad is the main reason you’re booking, the senior & graduation portraits page is usually the better starting point. Same DFW area, focused on them.
