Senior year moves fast. By the time you actually sit down to book photos, half your friends already have theirs scheduled and you’re trying to find a weekend that works before the season changes. I make this part easy.
I’m a portrait photographer based in Frisco, working with seniors, juniors, and college grads from across North Texas. The style is modern and natural. You get clear direction so you don’t have to figure out what to do with your hands, and the final images look like the best version of how you already are, not some stiff posed thing that feels like a yearbook from 2004.

Why work with a Frisco photographer#
I live in Frisco and shoot here every week. That means I know which side of Limestone Quarry gets the best golden hour light, which murals in the Rail District get repainted most often, where parking gets weird at Central Park, and how the crowds at Frisco Square change by the hour. That local knowledge is the difference between a session where everything flows and one where you waste 20 minutes figuring out logistics.
I started working with seniors in DFW a few years ago and it’s quickly become the work I love most. Most of my seniors come from Frisco ISD, but I also shoot for Prosper ISD, Little Elm ISD, and private schools around the area. College students and grads from Collin College, UNT, UT Dallas, SMU, and TCU round out the rest.
Frisco locations I shoot at most#
Every senior has a different vibe and the location should match. Here are the spots I go back to most often. If you want the full breakdown, I have a complete guide to Frisco photography locations.
Frisco Central Park Open fields, mature trees, and clean pathways. Best in late afternoon for soft light. Great for natural, warm portraits with a lot of green. Works year-round.
Limestone Quarry Park My favorite Frisco spot. Limestone cliffs, water, and golden hour light that makes everything look cinematic. You get a dramatic natural backdrop you won’t get anywhere else in Frisco. Best in spring and fall.
Rail District Murals, brick, and industrial textures for a modern editorial look. Great if you want your photos to feel like they belong on a magazine page, not a yearbook. Murals change often so the background stays fresh.
Frisco Heritage Center Historic buildings, chapels, and vintage storefronts. Best for seniors who want a clean, timeless feel or a slightly moody look.
Frisco Square European-style architecture, columns, fountains, and grand staircases. Works well for graduation portraits with cap and gown because the backdrop already looks like a campus. Free and walkable.

Session styles#
Pick a vibe or mix a few. Most Frisco seniors do a combination of these in a single 60-minute session.
- Natural outdoor. Golden hour, warm tones, relaxed vibes. Limestone Quarry and Central Park handle this best.
- Urban editorial. Clean lines, bold backgrounds, a little attitude. Rail District is the go-to.
- Studio-style on location. I bring pro lighting to outdoor spots for a polished, magazine look. Works anywhere.
- Sports-themed. Bring your gear, uniform, or jersey. Perfect for multi-sport athletes who want something beyond team photos.
- Signature underwater. A premium option for seniors who want something nobody else has. Starts at $750. Planned out in advance.
Got a completely different concept? Tell me. I’ve done themed sessions, locations outside Frisco, night shoots, and combinations that were made up on the spot. If it’s shootable, we can shoot it.
What Frisco parents say#
“Thank you Amer for capturing our daughter beautifully! We received the images fast and they are beautiful.”

Most of my sessions are booked by parents. I handle the creative side so you don’t have to. You’ll get clear pricing upfront, a realistic timeline, and a gallery in 7 to 14 days that’s print-ready for graduation announcements, wall art, or whatever you need.
Frisco ISD senior? I’ve shot for most of them#
High schools I commonly photograph seniors from:
- Frisco ISD. Frisco High, Centennial, Heritage, Independence, Lone Star, Liberty, Memorial, Reedy, Wakeland, Lebanon Trail, Emerson, Panther Creek.
- Prosper ISD. Prosper High, Rock Hill, Walnut Grove.
- Little Elm ISD. Little Elm High.
- Private and charter. Legacy Christian Academy, Prestonwood Christian, and others.
Not listed? Doesn’t matter. The session is the same no matter what school you go to.

College grads#
Same session, same pricing. Collin College is right here in Frisco and I shoot graduation portraits there often. I also travel to UNT in Denton, UT Dallas in Richardson, SMU, TCU, Texas Woman’s University, and Dallas Baptist University.
