7. Your Photos and Where They Appear#
By default, photos from client sessions may appear on this website, on social media, or in marketing. You don’t have to opt in, and you can opt out at any time by telling me.
You can pull that back at any time, even if you signed a model release. Ask me to remove an image and I take it off amerkhalid.com, off my social accounts, and out of any marketing I control, and I don’t publish it again. No reason required. Most requests are handled the same day.
For anyone under 18, the parent or guardian has that call, before or after the session, and can change their mind later. You can also say up front that you don’t want the session shared publicly. It’s a normal request and nothing else about your session changes.
What a removal covers, and what it doesn’t:
- Everything public comes down. This website, my social accounts, any marketing I control, and anything I would have published later.
- The original files stay archived on my own equipment, the way any photographer keeps a working archive.
- I may still show the work in person, in a printed or offline portfolio.
- What has already spread is out of my hands. An image someone else downloaded, reposted, or published is outside my control, so the sooner you ask, the cleaner the removal. Files already delivered to you stay yours.
One exception, stated plainly: TFP collaborations and discounted portfolio call sessions exist because portfolio use is the trade for a free or reduced rate. Requests to pull a specific image from those sessions are honored in nearly every case, but I reserve the right to decline a request that would remove an entire set.

8. Children’s Privacy#
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
